upgraded my phone today and im not able to get on the internet. mobile settings are set as data connection, on, dont roam, 3g and network set as automatic. ive rang vodafone and ive done a factory reset, with and without sim. he also asked me to open the access point names which should be in settings/mobile network but its only in settings. im clicking on access point to enter the details he gave me and its not opening up. can somebody help me unless i have to go down the shop again.
